Welcome to SurfaceSunscreen.com. We’re excited you’re here. By browsing our site, placing an order, or interacting with us in any way, you’re agreeing to the following Terms of Service — so give them a quick read.
1. Using Our Website
By using our site or making a purchase, you agree to follow these terms. If you’re under the age of 18, please make sure a parent or guardian is cool with it too.
We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. If we do, we’ll post updates right here. Continued use of the site means you accept any updates we make.
2. Orders + Accuracy
We do our best to make sure everything on our site is accurate, but sometimes typos or errors slip through. We reserve the right to correct them, even after you’ve placed an order.
All purchases are subject to availability. We may limit or cancel orders, especially if we suspect they’re placed by resellers. If something changes with your order, we’ll do our best to contact you via the email or phone number you provided.
3. Your Info + Account Security
If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, up-to-date info and to keep your login secure. You're responsible for anything that happens under your account.
Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Spoiler: We don’t sell your data. Ever.
4. Payments + Subscriptions
All payments are processed securely through trusted partners. You agree to pay for your order using a valid method, and we reserve the right to correct any pricing errors or reject an order at our discretion.
If you sign up for a recurring product subscription (coming soon!), you’ll be clearly notified and can cancel anytime before your next shipment.
5. Refunds + Returns
We want you to love your Surface products. If something’s not right, visit our Returns & Exchanges page for full details on how to make it right.
6. Product Info + Pricing
We work hard to describe and display our products as accurately as possible, but screen settings may impact how colors appear. All pricing is subject to change without notice.
7. Shipping + Delivery
We currently ship within the U.S. Shipping times and costs are listed at checkout. Once your order leaves our hands, we can’t control the speed of your postal carrier, but we’ll always try to help if something goes awry.
8. User Content + Reviews
We love hearing from you. If you submit reviews, ideas, or other content to us (via the site, email, or social), you agree that we can use it to help tell the Surface story — without needing further permission or compensation.
Keep it respectful, and don’t post anything harmful, offensive, or illegal. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these standards.
9. Website Use + Limitations
We built this site to make your life easier — not to be hacked, scraped, or misused. You agree not to do anything shady, harmful, or in violation of laws while using our site.
10. Third-Party Links + Tools
Sometimes we link to third-party sites or use tools that help run our store. We’re not responsible for what happens once you leave SurfaceSunscreen.com, so always use good judgment when clicking around.
11. Liability + Warranties
We do our best to provide a safe, reliable online experience — but our site and products are offered “as is.” We don’t make guarantees beyond what’s outlined here or required by law.
Surface, its team, and affiliates are not liable for any damages that result from your use of our site or products, beyond the amount you paid for them.
12. Indemnification
By using our site, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Surface and its team from any claims or issues that arise due to your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.

15. Mobile Terms of Service
The Surface Sunscreen mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Surface Sunscreen (“Surface Sunscreen”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Surface Sunscreen’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Surface Sunscreen through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Surface Sunscreen. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18444910325 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Surface Sunscreen mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
